I love using Black Pepper essential oil in making homemade dressing recipes. I also like to use it for that occasional congested respiratory system. Mix with a drop of White Fir to help to breathe a bit easier.

Most Common Uses:
- Add a drop or two to coconut oil for sore muscles, achy joints, or to warm the skin when cold
- Take a whiff or diffuse to soothe anxiety
- Put a drop or two in veggie caps each day when seasonal threats are at their peak
- Add to any meal to enhance food flavor and digestion
- Dilute a drop rubbed into the heart center (or diffuse) for emotional support
- Massage a drop or two into those tired feet soles each day or diffuse to increase energy
Application Uses:
(T) Apply 1-2 drops directly to the desired area, can be diluted with complimentary oil to reduce the risk of
skin sensitivity.
(A) Diffuse 3-4 drops in the diffuser of choice.
(I) Dilute 1 drop in 4 oz. liquid.
