Cedarwood may remind you of cedar chest and mothballs, but it has many other uses as well! A warm and comforting essential oil, it can be used for urinary tract health, as well as supporting the nervous and respiratory systems. The oil is extracted from a steam distillation of the wood from a cedar tree.
