Essential Oils List & Their Uses

Plants have been used effectively for centuries for medicinal purpose and to support health. It wasn’t until modern medicine formed that we moved away from natural solutions and used more pharmaceutical remedies. In recent years, more and more families are looking for natural solutions to be proactive in taking care of their health. Using essential oil is one tool they have been utilizing to accomplish those goals.

Essential oils are pure, potent and provide natural solutions in a variety of ways in our daily lives. The uses for essential oils are limitless. They can be used for supporting our physical bodies, emotional health, as well as living more toxin-free within our environment by making our own cleaning products. Each essential oil is unique and is made up of various components.
They contain hundreds of different compounds from nature providing a complex and versatile ability to support our body-systems on a cellular level. It is important to learn and know how to use each essential oil for safety and to obtain the highest benefit. Some essential oils should always be diluted, some never should be ingested, and others can cause photosensitivity or skin irritation.
